THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
      SECTION 1.  Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
§19-203. Payroll Deductions.

(4)      Payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees for:

      (aa)      The administrator of any City-approved program under which City employees may make pre-tax payment of certain qualified transportation expenses as authorized under Section 132 of the  Internal Revenue Code.
