THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.       Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows:

CHAPTER 10-400. NOISE AND EXCESSIVE VIBRATION.
