WHEREAS, Resolution No. 250587 misstated and left out pertinent information regarding the life and legacy of Donald ‘Ducky’ Birts; and
WHEREAS, A new Resolution will be introduced today to rename Jefferson Street between Broad Street and 13th Street as “Donald ‘Ducky’ Birts Way.”; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Resolution No. 250587 is repealed in its entirety
