Title

Amending Chapter 12-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Enforcement and Obedience to Traffic Regulations," by increasing the associated penalty for violating this Chapter.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-1300 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 12-1300.  ENFORCEMENT AND OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

§ 12-1305.  Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon summary conviction before a magistrate, pay a fine of [ten (10)] three hundred (300) dollars, together with costs of prosecution.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
