      SECTION 1.  The following traffic regulation is hereby established:

NO THROUGH BUSES

Dauphin street from Fifty-second street to Dakota street, Dakota street from Dauphin street to Fifty-first street, and Nevada street from Dauphin street to Fifty-first street.
