Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 51 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1458 East Columbia avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Keith Dailey and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 51 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1458 East Columbia avenue (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 51 (1458 East Columbia avenue).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the 18th Ward of the City of Philadelphia situate on the southwesterly side of East Columbia avenue at the distance of seventy nine feet southeastward from the southeasterly side of Frankford avenue. Containing in front or breadth on Columbia avenue sixteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth southwestward between parallel lines at right angles to said Columbia avenue on the northwesterly line thereof thirty four feet and on the southeasterly line thereof a distance of forty feet ten and half inches.
