      WHEREAS, Bill No. 070394 was passed by Council on June 14, 2007, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and
 
      WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now therefore
 
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 070394, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the President of the Fairmount Park Commission and the Executive Director of Fairmount Park to enter into a lease agreement between the City of Philadelphia as landlord and the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development as tenant for further sublease to Historic Philadelphia, Inc., a certain parcel of land bounded by 6th Street, 7th Street, Race Street, and the Vine Street Expressway, commonly referred to as Franklin Square, under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
