Approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of Upland Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 1B also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 4731-4733 Reinhard street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Viorel D. Farcas & Mihaela Farcas and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Upland Urban Renewal Area, which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 19, 1972, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the Upland Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 1B also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 4731-4733 Reinhard street (hereinafter "Parcel No. 1B"). The area of the said Parcel is bounded as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Twenty-seventh Ward of the City of Philadelphia with the buildings and improvements thereon erected beginning at a point on the northwesterly side of Reinhard street ( fifty-four feet wide ) at a distance of two hundred fifty two and seven hundred fifty thousandths feet southwestward from the southwesterly side of South Forty-seventh street; Thence extending north forty degrees thirty two minutes thirty seconds west a distance of forty five feet to a point; Thence extending south forty nine degrees twenty seven minutes thirty seconds west along a line parallel with Reinhard street a distance of twenty two and fifty two hundredths feet to a point; Thence extending south forty degrees thirty...
