Transmitting a resolution authorizing the Secretary of Housing, or his designee, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to file an application and, if the application is accepted, to execute a contract to obtain a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, for funding community revitalization efforts in neighborhoods abutting the Delaware River.
