I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION
Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 708, 710, 714 & 723 N. Shedwick Street located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
An explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Land Bank is enclosed for your information. This Resolution has my approval and therefore I respectfully request that this Honorable Body give it your favorable consideration.
