WHEREAS, Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code relating to vacant property, grants the City the power to convey certain classes of real property to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, to implement the public purpose set forth in that Chapter; and

WHEREAS, The Vacant Property Review Committee has recommended acceptance and disposition of the vacant properties listed below; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deed conveying conditional fee simple title to 1534 Bodine street, 429 East Cambria street, 239 West Cecil B. Moore avenue, 2837 North Darien street, 3051 North Darien street, 2636 North Franklin street, 1854 North Front street, 2451 North Front street, 2900 North Front street, 3047 North Front street, 3329 North Front street, 1932 Harrison street, 3230 Hartville street, 2255 North Howard street, 319 West Huntingdon street, 229 West Indiana avenue, 2961 North Leithgow street pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code, under certain terms and conditions.
