THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.                     Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 170474-A), approved June 27, 2017, is amended as follows (deletions in Strikethrough):

Section 5.  The permission granted to Owner to install, own and maintain the Encroachments will expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Owner has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law. This Ordinance shall expire without any further action by the City nine (9) months after the Owner has entered into the Agreement required by the Section and satisfied all requirements listed in Section 3.

SECTION 2.                     This Ordinance shall be effective immediately.
