THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A new Chapter 9-2400 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Prohibition on Using City Funds for Anti-Unionization Practices", is hereby enacted, to read as follows:
