THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1.      Bill number 010339 signed by the Mayor on August 31, 2001, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
 
SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
