THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA) is hereby further amended to read as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, City Council hereby adopts the following vendor locations as those from which vending shall be permitted:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately. If any vending location listed in Section 1 is currently assigned to a vendor who is licensed to sell a category of goods other than prepared food, the Department of Licenses and Inspections ("Department") shall provide written notice to such vendor that the vendor must cease operations at that location within ten days after such notice is issued. The Department shall reassign such location to a vendor who is licensed to sell prepared food in accordance with the provisions of Section 9-204(8)(d) of The Philadelphia Code.
