THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§19-203. Payroll Deductions.

(15) Payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees who are bargaining unit members of Fraternal Order of Police, Philadelphia Lodge 5 who elect to contribute to the Philadelphia Lodge 5 Political Action Committee, registered as COPPAC.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
