THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Bill No. 060001 (approved June 8, 2006), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2007-2012 inclusive," is hereby amended by adding the following line items under the Fiscal Year 2007 column (amounts shown in thousands of dollars):
