THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established:
Oxford Street between Broad Street and 13th Street two-way Eastbound and Westbound.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
