Body
WHEREAS, Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code relating to vacant property, grants the City the power to convey certain classes of real property to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, to implement the public purpose set forth in that Chapter; and

WHEREAS, The Vacant Property Review Committee has recommended acceptance and disposition of the vacant properties listed below; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deed conveying conditional fee simple title to 2760 Amber street, 2108 Berges street, 2311 and 2313 Cabot street, 2022 East Clearfield street, 2134-36 East Clearfield street, 2448 Duncan street, 2506-08 Emerald street, 722 Emily street, 110 Fairmount avenue, 2427 Frankford avenue, 2537 and 2539 North Front street, 2204 East Harold street, 1825 Hart lane, 2643 and 2645 Janney street, 860 Locust street, 522, 525, 528, 534 and 536 Mercy street, 2662 Ritter street and 2037 East William street, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code, under certain terms and conditions.
