THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of Bill No. 080156 is hereby amended to read as follows:

            Section 2.      Appropriations in the sum of three billion, nine hundred seventy four million, seven hundred forty-six thousand (3,974,746,000) three billion, eight hundred eighty million, eight hundred thirty-one thousand, eight hundred and forty-eight (3,888,831,848) dollars are hereby made from the GENERAL FUND, as follows:
