THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of Bill No. 080156 is hereby amended to read as follows:

      Section 2.  Appropriations in the sum of three billion, nine hundred seventy four million, seven hundred forty-six thousand (3,974,746,000) three billion, eight hundred sixty million, one hundred ninety-three thousand, seven hundred and ninety-seven (3,860,193,797) dollars are hereby made from the GENERAL FUND, as follows:
