THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1.   Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended as follows:

(4)      The grant of a special exception, variance, Special Use Permit or certificate in connection with a particular parcel shall not be transferable to another parcel.
