THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

1. The provisions of the Section shall expire June 30, 2011[one year after the date that this Section becomes law].
