THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 19-600 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 19.  FINANCE, TAXES AND COLLECTIONS.

CHAPTER 19-600.  AMUSEMENT TAX.

§ 19-602. Licenses.

1. No amusement license required under § 19-602(1) shall be issued unless the applicant:

            (b)      Pays an annual license fee of $25. [for each permanent place of amusement or a fee of $5. per day for each temporary place of amusement.]
