Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to sell to Biagio DeSimone the property commonly known as 11295 Roosevelt Boulevard and the improvements situated thereon (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Premises") for TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,300,000), the Premises being more fully described in the Agreement of Sale attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

SECTION 2. The Commissioner of Public Property and the Director of Commerce, or their designees, acting on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, are hereby authorized to (a) execute and deliver the Agreement of Sale, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit 1, with such changes as the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City; and (b) take any and all further actions, including execute and deliver any and all other documents, agreements or instruments related to the Agreement of Sale and the satisfaction of the City's obligations thereunder (including approval by the Federal Aviation Administration), as may be necessary or appropriate to accomplish the intent and purpose of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. In addition to the duties and responsibilities set forth above, the City Solicitor is hereby authorized to take any lawful action which is necessary or desirable to carry out the purpose of this Ordinance, including but not limited to the review and approval of all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance.
