Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, with the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, for the purpose of operating certain programs at the Scanlon Ice Rink, the Laura Sims Skatehouse at Cobbs Creek, the rink at the Simons Recreation and Teen Access Center, the Rizzo Ice Rink and the Tarken Ice Rink.
      SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to include in said agreement such other terms and conditions as he or she deems necessary or desirable to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia.
SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file the document referred to as Exhibit “A” and shall make it available for inspection by the public during regular office hours.
