THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Frank Borda to construct, own and maintain various sidewalk encroachments at 1549 South Thirteenth Street as follows:
* Six (6) tables and twelve (12) chairs will be placed adjacent to the building on the east sidewalk of S. 13th Street. The first table is located approximately sixteen feet (16') north of the north curb line of Tasker Street and the last table is located approximately forty-four feet (44') north of the north curb line of Tasker Street. The tables encroach approximately two feet (2') onto the east sidewalk leaving approximately seven feet (7') of clear unobstructed sidewalk. No rails will be used.
* Eight (8) tables and sixteen (16) chairs will be placed adjacent to the building on the north sidewalk of Tasker Street. The first table is located approximately eighteen feet (18') east of the east curb line of S. 13th Street and the last table is located approximately forty-three feet (43') east of the east curb line of S. 13th Street. The tables encroach approximately four feet (4') onto the north sidewalk leaving approximately seven feet (7') of clear unobstructed sidewalk. No rails will be used.
The exact number, type and location of the encroachments are identified on plans that have been supplied to the Department of Streets for review and have been approved. The Department of Streets will maintain the authority to review and approve the location of each proposed encroachment prior to installation.
SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Frank Borda must first obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate City departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such depart...
