Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the redevelopment authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Cecil B. Moore Avenue Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 96 and 97 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses as for Parcel No. 96 as 1704 Willington street and for Parcel No. 97 as 1715 Willington street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Advanced Real Estate Concepts, LP doing business as How Properties and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
