WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Washington Square West Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 2 (hereinafter "Washington Square West, Unit No. 2"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on September 25, 1967, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the Washington Square West, Unit No. 2, consisting of a parcel designated as a portion of Parcel No. 4 (hereinafter "Portion of Parcel No. 4") also sometimes identified by house number and street address as Unit 5, Walnut Towers Condominium, 800-834 Walnut street (hereinafter the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN unit, designated as Unit No. 5, in the property known, named and identified as Walnut Towers Condominium located in Philadelphia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania which has heretofore been submitted to the provisions of the Uniform Condominium Act, 68 PA. C.S. 3101 et. seq. by the recording in the Philadelphia Department of Records of a Declaration dated November 30, 2000 and recorded on January 9, 2001, as Instrument Number 50196528, be...
