THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 14-600 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 14-600. FOOD DISTRIBUTION CENTER DISTRICT

      No building, structure, or other improvements erected upon the premises shall exceed [sixty] 140 feet in height.
