WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Upland Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "Upland"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 19, 1972, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Upland, designated as Parcel No. 4 and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 4743 Upland street (hereinafter "Parcel No. 4"). The area of Parcel No. 4 is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 4 (4743 Upland street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Twenty-seventh Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the westerly side of Upland street (forty-four feet wide) at the distance of three hundred fifteen feet south from the south side of Forty-seventh street (seventy feet wide); Containing in front or breadth on the said side of Upland street fifteen feet and extending of width in length or depth westward between parallel lines at right angles to the said Upland street sixty-two feet to a point on the east side of a certain three feet six inches wide alley that ex...
