Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Melville Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 2A and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 4508 Rear Kingsessing avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Charlene Middleton and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Melville Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "Melville"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 19, 1972, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Melville, designated as Parcel No. 2A and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 4508 Rear Kingsessing avenue (hereinafter "Parcel No. 2A"). The area of Parcel No. 2A is bounded as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Twenty-seventh Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the northeasterly side of Melville street (thirty feet wide) at the distance of one hundred twenty-four feet southeastwardly from the southeasterly side of Kingsessing avenue (eighty feet wide); Containing in front or breadth on the said side of Melville street twenty-five feet six inches and extending of that width in length or depth northeastwardly between parallel lines at right angles to the said Melville s...
