THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1.      Bill Number 070149-A, signed by the Mayor on May 9, 2007, is hereby repealed in its entirety.  

      SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
