Title

Authorizing and directing the installation of a traffic signal on Conshohocken Avenue at the easternmost entrance from Conshohocken Avenue to the parking lot on the property known as 4160 Monument Road, under certain terms and conditions.

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Subject to regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, a traffic signal shall be placed and maintained on Conshohocken Avenue at the easternmost entrance from Conshohocken Avenue to the parking lot on the property known as 4160 Monument Road.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after it becomes law.
