Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
      SECTION 1. The Concession Agreement for the Operation and Management of Bicycle Rental Stations In The Fairmount Park System (the “Concession Agreement”), attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A, between the City of Philadelphia and Freetime, Inc. (doing business as “Wheel Fun Rentals”), is hereby authorized with an Initial Term of five years and, at the City's option, a Renewal Term of five years, as the phrases “Initial Term” and “Renewal Term” are defined in Section 3.03.1 of the Concession Agreement.    
 
      SECTION 2.  The Chief Clerk shall keep a copy of Exhibit A to this Ordinance on file in the Chief Clerk's office for inspection by members of the public.
 
      SECTION 3.  The City Solicitor is authorized by this Ordinance to review and to approve the Concession Agreement and other documents necessary to effectuate the transaction authorized by this Ordinance, and to impose terms and conditions on them as the City Solicitor determines are necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purpose of this Ordinance.
