Body
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "Model Cities"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 15, 1969, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Model Cities, identified by house number and street address as 1815 North Gratz street, (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:
1815 North Gratz street.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate on the east side of Gratz street at the distance of one hundred ninety-three feet nine and five-eighths inches northward from the north side of Montgomery avenue in the Thirty-second Ward of the City of Philadelphia; Containing in front or breadth on the said side of Gratz street fifteen feet and extending of that width in length of depth eastward between parallel lines with Montgomery avenue through the party walls fifty-eight feet seven inches.
