Authorizing Aquinas 2021 Chestnut Street L.P. to construct, own and maintain various encroachments within the City right-of-way on Chestnut Street between 20th Street and 21st Street and on Ranstead Street between 20th Street and 21st Street, adjacent to the premises at 2017-2023 Chestnut Street, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Aquinas 2021 Chestnut Street L.P. to construct, own and maintain various right-of-way encroachments as follows:
Bay Window Projections
Two (2) continuous bay window projections will encroach no more than three (3) feet over the public right-of-way on the north sidewalk of Chestnut Street between 20th Street and 21st Street. The bay window projections begin on the second (2nd) floor and span through the twelfth (12th) floor. The bay window projections will be approximately twelve (12) feet wide as measured along the length of the sidewalk with a minimum clearance of ten (10) feet above the sidewalk. The two (2) bay window projections will be separated approximately ten (10) feet.

The two (2) bay window projections will be separated approximately ten (10) feet.
SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Aquinas 2021 Chestnut Street L.P. must first obtain or have its contractor(s) obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such d...
