THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation, is hereby established:

West Seymour Street, from Morris Street to Wayne Avenue, eastbound.

SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
