Transmitting a bill authorizing the plotting upon a portion of City Plan No. 275 of a right of way for water main purposes at the southwesterly end of Parker Avenue, southwest of Umbria Street, and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right of way, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
