THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1. Chapter 15-700 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
 
CHAPTER 15-700.  RECREATION CENTERS

§ 15-702.  Definitions.
  1. Reported Criminal Incidents. Any violation of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and any violations of Act 64 of April 14, 1972, P.L. 233, § 13, as amended (35 P.S. § 780-113), for which any law enforcement official having jurisdiction within Philadelphia County initiates an arrest of an individual or issues a summary citation against an individual.
  1. Individual. A natural person.
 
 
 
§ 15-703.  Recreation Centers - Annual Report Detailing Crimes Occurring Within the Boundaries of any Recreation Center. The Parks and Recreation Department shall annually generate a report containing the details of any and all reported Criminal Incidents which have taken place on the grounds or within the boundaries of any Recreation Center, located in Philadelphia County.
 
SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect beginning with 2014.
