WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the 54th & Columbia Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "54th & Columbia"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 21, 2004; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of 54th & Columbia, identified by house number and street address as 1717-1725 North Fifty-fourth street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

1717-1725 North Fifty-fourth street.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in the Fifty-second Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the east side of Fifty-fourth street (one hundred feet wide) at the distance of one hundred fifty-eight feet three and three-quarters inches north side of Columbia avenue (sixty feet wide); Thence extending north thirteen degrees three minutes twenty-nine seconds west along the said side of Fifty-fourth street ninety-nine feet one and one-quarter inches to a point; Thence extending north seventy-seven degrees zero mi...
