Title
Amending Chapter 14-1000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled Historic Preservation, by expanding the jurisdiction of the Historical Commission over sites within historic districts that were undeveloped at the time of designation of the districts and making conforming amendments to other sections of Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled Zoning and Planning, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(2) Powers and Duties.
The powers and duties of the Philadelphia Historical Commission shall be as follows:

(f) Review and [comment] act upon all applications for building permits to construct buildings, structures, or objects within historic districts, pursuant to § 14-1005;

[(4) Comment Review.
The Historical Commission's scope of review of applications for building permits for construction, as defined herein, shall be limited to a 45-day period of comment.]
