THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-403 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 71 and 238 by:

a) Striking from the City Plan and vacating Swanson Street from Catharine Street to its terminus approximately one-hundred forty-two feet northwardly therefrom.

b) Striking from the City Plan and vacating Fitzwater Street from Christopher Columbus Boulevard to its terminus approximately one-hundred thirty-two feet westwardly therefrom.

c) Reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes and water main purposes within the lines of Swanson Street being stricken.

d) Placing on the City Plan a fifty feet wide right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes and public utility purposes extending from the terminus of Catharine Street, approximately thirty-nine feet ...
