WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Point Breeze Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "Point Breeze"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 31, 1971, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Point Breeze, identified by house number and street address as 1154 South Fifteenth street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

1154 South Fifteenth street.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in the Thirty-sixth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point, on the westerly side of Fifteenth street legally open on City Plan fifty feet wide at the distance of one hundred thirty-nine and three hundred thirty-three thousandths feet northwardly from the northerly side of Federal street legally open on City Plan fifty feet wide; Thence extending north seventy-two degrees thirty minutes zero seconds west, the distance of sixty-two and eight hundredths feet to a point; Thence extending north fourteen degrees fifty-eight minutes fifty-seven seconds east, the distance of fifteen and eight hundred thirty-three thousandths feet to a point; Thence extending south seventy-two degrees thirty minutes zero seconds east, the distance of sixty-two and eight hundredths feet to a point on the said westerly s...
