It has been an honor to serve the people of Philadelphia as their Councilman, and I look forward to continuing this service through my new responsibilities at the SRC. Serving with you and the rest of Council has been the most rewarding experience of my professional life. I leave Council in good hands. As Chair of the SRC my door will be open to you and our Council colleagues.
