WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Point Breeze Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "Point Breeze"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 31, 1971, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Point Breeze, identified by house number and street address as 1721 Tasker street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

1721 Tasker street. All that certain lot or piece of ground situate on the north side of Tasker street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of fifty-two feet westward from the west side of Colorado street (thirty feet wide), in the Twenty-sixth Ward of the City of Philadelphia; Containing in front or breadth on the said Tasker street, seventeen feet and extending of that width in length or depth northwardly at right angles to the said Tasker street sixty-three feet to a four feet wide alley leading from Colorado street to Bouvier street.

The said redevelopment contract is in substantial conformity with the amended urban renewal plan and the amended redevelopment proposal approved by the Council; and

WHEREAS, Innova Redevelopment, LLC desires to enter into the said redevelopment contract for the Property.
