Authorizing Moonshine Philly ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1825 E. Moyamensing Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to construct, own and maintain various sidewalk encroachments at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:
One (1) double table and four (4) chairs will be located adjacent to the building and will encroach approximately seven feet - two inches (7' - 2") onto the west footway of Moyamensing Street leaving a minimum twelve feet - six inches (12' - 6") of clear unobstructed footway. The table is located approximately twenty feet- six inches (20' - 6") north of the south curb line. No rails will be used.
Three (3) double tables and twelve (12) chairs will be located adjacent to the building and will encroach approximately five feet - zero inches (5' - 0") onto the north footway of Sigel Street leaving a minimum 5 feet - zero inches (5' - 0") of clear unobstructed footway. The row of tables start approximately thirty-six feet- zero inches (36' - 0") east of the west curb line. No rails will be used.
Two (2) double tables, one (1) single table and ten (10) chairs will be located adjacent to the building and will encroach approximately five feet - zero inches (5' - 0") onto the north footway of Sigel Street leaving a minimum 5 feet - zero inches (5' - 0") of clear unobstructed footway. The row of tables start approximately fifty-nine feet- three inches (59' - 3") east of the west curb line. No rails will be used.
SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachments described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections and the Department of Streets, provided that th...
