Authorizing Tiffin Bistro, LLC ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1100 Federal Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to construct, own and maintain various sidewalk encroachments at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:

One (1) tables and two (2) chairs will be located adjacent to the building approximately fifteen feet zero inches (15'-0'') from the east curbline of 11th Street and will encroach approximately three feet - two inches (3' - 2") onto the south footway of Federal Street leaving a minimum six feet - six inches (6' - 6") of clear unobstructed footway.

Two (2) tables and four (4) chairs will be located adjacent to the 11th Street curb line approximately fifteen feet zero inches (15'-0'') from the north curbline of Federal Street and will encroach approximately three feet - eight inches (3'-8'') onto the south footway of 11th Street leaving a minimum six feet - zero inches (6' - 0") of clear unobstructed footway.

One (1) tables and two (2) chairs will be located adjacent to the building approximately twenty feet zero inches (20'-0'') from the north curbline of Federal Street and will encroach approximately four feet - zero inches (4' - 0") onto the east footway of 11th Street leaving a minimum six feet - zero inches (6' - 0") of clear unobstructed footway. No rails will be used.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachments described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections and the Department of Streets, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, unreviewable discretion, may allow minor variations of the dimension limits of Section 1, within standard tole...
