Title

Body
WHEREAS, Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code relating to vacant property, grants the City the power to convey certain classes of real property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, without consideration, to implement the public purpose set forth in that Chapter; and

WHEREAS, The Vacant Property Review Committee has recommended acceptance and disposition of the vacant properties listed below; now, therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, without consideration, deed conveying conditional fee simple title to 1517, 1538, 1542 & 1546 North Lambert street, 2026, 2041, 2043, 2046, 2112, 2117, 2140, 2240, 2301, 2303, 2307-11, 2313, 2315, 2317, 2335, 2424, 2426 & 2440 Master street, 2434 & 2452 Nassau street, 2050, 2229, 2343, 2411 & 2417 West Oxford street, 2005, 2009, 2011, 2015, 2025, 2031, 2033, 2035, 2037, 2039, 2041, 2043, 2045, 2047, 2051, 2055, 2409 & 2432 Redner street, 2033, 2035, 2038, 2041, 2043, 2045, 2046, 2047-49, 2067, 2069, 2071, 2073, 2077, 2104, 2106 & 2126 Ridge avenue pursuant to Chapter l6-400 of The Philadelphia Code under certain terms and conditions.
