      WHEREAS, Bill No. 140377 was passed by this Council on June 19, 2014, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and
 
      WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT
 
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,
 
That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 140377, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity,” by adding a new Chapter 10-2100, entitled “Marijuana Possession,” to create a civil penalty for the possession of certain items and to provide for penalties and enforcement procedures for violations of such provisions, all under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
